It will be, and it will be a nice profitable money stream for you. You don't need to spend millions to force settlements. The people you sue have NO case and they will be lucky to settle for $500 vs going to court and losing $5,000+++ . You just need to get as many in the US as possible, most of them will settle. You will profit money and send a message...
Now sue some tube site "users" while you are at it, you will discover that many of them are the ones uploading the content then you can have grounds for suing the site too.
