So, I have 9k of epass money to spend and I can't get it out because our initial bank account is closed and we never got epass connected to the new one (that's how epass business accounts work). We used it only for payments - haven't been withdrawing for the last 3 years. Anyway, it's a business account and I can send the money to whomever I want.

If you can get the money out yourself and are selling something, you are in luck, because I am in a strong buying mood.

I am after the links, traffic, domains, established websites, text content, adult or mainstream. Or heck surprise me with what you've got to sell.
