Here is how to add AFF to your payoneer card if you already have one.
-click on the link "account information" on AFF in the upper right hand corner.
-look for "Here is your account information. Click here to update your information."
-change to payoneer as your payment option
-click the link "Signup to be paid by Prepaid MasterCard®."
-once you are on Friendfinder Payoneer page look for "If you already own a prepaid MasterCard card from Payoneer, Click Here!"
-fill out the required information
-Wait for the AFF approve the application.
It may work the same way with other sponsors too.
