you really don't have an argument dood... I you can try to pin it how it is.. but fact is.. everyone got together and said no kids on film.. how do we stop that.. oh I know make everyone on a film show an ID.. therefore weather it was filmed in roman times or modern times if you want to have viewers of content you have to follow modern laws of which item is to be viewed...

im sure there are some paintings somewhere in an archive that the "modern world" considers aceient blah blah.. but those are few far and between....

you telling me that it should be ok to sell and view "iffy" content where the model may or may not be 18 because the laws of the times when that film was shot?

dood they did not just make the law cause people looked underage... were talking about a very mob influenced era where 16-17-18 were used all the time... just cause it took us a while to adapt a good law does not make what happened right...

fuck dood it was once legal to have slaves you saying I should go round up a bunch of blacks and hold them hostage make them do hard labor and shoot anyone who tries to take my slaves just cause it was once legal?

see where im going with this?
none of that makes sense.. this is about legal porn.

if it was legal for an 80 year old adult to pose nude before, and it still is now, yet they said the old documentation you have for it is no longer valid so you must toss it out and pay to shoot new content. The fact that I have government ID and a signed release from for something that was shot prior to the new laws being backdated somehow must mean her wrinkled ass might not be 80 years old now?

let's put this into the crazy perspective that it was.. it is the same as them setting up new laws concerning Deeds to Homes because of prostitution houses being used in human trafficking (a big issue that is probably more widespread not only in the US, but worldwide). And because of this you now no longer own your house under the new regulations.. You now have to abandon your old home and you will have to buy a new house and get the proper documentation. (I mean where does it stop?) Now if you are upset you lost your home, does that make you a supporter of human trafficking??? WTF dude?

If they wanted to put up more stringent laws, it should not have been back dated to include content already legally produce under the law.
