Looks like they cant withdrawal there money also... it was on Aljazeera... Kabul bank is the biggest bank in Afghanistan and funds are frozen and 1000's of people cant take there money. A guy was saying he could not withdrawal 30 000 us...

they were also saying money was used for shady investments..
