Question is, if transfer to and from VV to Wallet is threw Epassporte and Visa decided to cancel the issued cards, then Why can't Epassporte let us transfer money from VV to Wallet. Seems like there's more to it then "We don't know and it's not our fault" ONLY explanation we had so far.
