The "Account Verification Dept" is calling the shots. Coupled with the fact that they sent out numerous ID requests prior to being suspended, the only conclusion to be reached at this point is that Epass is not up to par with the new "know your customer" standards.
At best, they are probably negotiating an extension to their now past due deadline with the possibility of keeping out of compliance accounts suspended so they can resume service.
Another scenario is that they are trying to switch their system to the bank's Dinero card (Mastercard).
Worst scenario is that they are being scrutinized under "anti money laundering" policies.
The money is still there, just the mechanism is not.
This is only speculation on my part.
