Pina colada mix, a small amount of water and corn starch, arrow root, or rice starch. Mix in a pot bring to a boil reduce heat for 1 minute stiring constantly. Adjust starch or arrow root until you get a consistancy you like.
Pour into a mason jar and refridgerate. Will lasy in fridge for months.
Has the proper shine, consistancy, and look when you get it all down. Taste does not bother anyone, nor does it ever crystalize or settle like powdered sugar mixes will do. Also will not burn eyes.
I find the the rice starch works best, then arrow root, then corn starch.
