Number one of late has got to be when my baby daughter smiles and giggles at me.
Then in no particular order -
A sunny day
Shopping (even just the grocery store)
Hugs
A good shit
An afternoon quickie
Ice cream

Looking at the clean dishes after finishing washing them
Eating a really good meal (whether out or home cooked)
