St. Kitts is saying "no comment" and they do not know where the money on the cards is (St.Kitts Bank or Visa etc.)
They are saying they are in negotiations with epass and they are expecting to hear something this afternoon (what that something is, who knows). They are being evasive, won't give names, will hang up on you and won't confirm the validity of the Visa statement.
