That's a branch of the bank. Saddlers one. What do you expect on an island .. a whooping 70 floors building? Both St. Kitts and Nevis islands feature the georgian and neo-georgian architecture that fits better this high seismic area.
You can find on google images search pictures of what seems to be the hq's of the bank.
