A refund to my epassport Virtual visa card
Its typical bad timing for me that as Epassporte have problems with VISA and their card program gets suspended is exactly the same time that a company that over charged my Virtual visa card need to refund me the money back.
My question is will the refund go through and the money go back onto my card/epassporte account or will the merchant thats trying to refund me get an error?
I am confident epassporte will be back up and running eventually but i don't want the refunded money from the merchant sitting in limbo
