I just looked online on my epass account. It doesnt show the withdraws online in the history.. Does anyone know if that history statement is in realtime?

Maybe the atm is withdrawing the money, checking to see if there is a balance and dispensing it. Not knowing they will not get it?

You should know damn well that you cannot withdraw money at an ATM if your money is in your wallet by now.. You have to move the money to your virtual before you can withdraw it at an ATM.
