When I DO create a problem, they pause the PS3 game they were playing, look at each other and softly laugh. After muttering a soft ąsshole, Chris gets up from his seat, fixes my fuckup, and returns to Shatter.

I rarely send in tickets, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis.

Shit, sorry. I rarely send in support tickets, but most of them get resolved instantly. I`ve sent in tickets, come to GFY to kill a couple of minutes, and when I check my email there`d be a message saying that my ticket was resolved. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

I have both dedicated and virtual accounts with them. Amerinoc takes care of my virtual account as well as they look after my dedicated Phatservers account. They do not fuck around. They sit there waiting, lonely and hoping, that something goes wrong - just so they can actually do something instead of playing on the PS3 all day.

They are the Maytag repairmen of the online world.
funny! ok, i will go and buy an account there this week. how i hope they can accept paypal though
