I want a full explanation of what happened because not giving the reason to your customers for almost a week is rediculous. I want to know what happened and i want to know it now - the CUSTOMER IS KING and you dont leave them in the dark when you have their money.
Not one time the reason is adressed, just some status updates. I as a customer have the right to know the fucking reason why epass keeps my hard earned money. This is NOT the way you treat your customers!! We are all just sitting here waiting for some words while noone knows WHY the fuck this happend. THE REASON PLEASE thanks.
