Just imagine some nasty skank cooch being shoved in your face on a regular basis by your boss who doesnt get your non-lawsuit HINTS that you're NOT interested in anything but your job. Does it change the circumstances because someone somewhere on the interwebs think's she's not a nasty skank? No.
I dont see a problem with him suing her for sexual harrasment if what he claims is true.
