Shelly, how exactly do the premium payouts on women work? $45 for each "active" female user, but what constitutes active and when do we get that?
Also, VERY curious, how do you verify that they are really women? I mean, a dude posing a a chick (like SO many do) on your site helps me as a webmaster, but hurts me as a user!
