We have purchased many of these links for our client sites already.
I come up with these potential link buys through many different methods:
1) Competitor backlink checks (rabbits, pornhub, etc)
2) Google serps
3) Forums
When it comes to Google Serps to find links I would target sites that show up for the keywords we are trying to rank for.
For example we would like to show up for the keyword 'Porn'. I went through the top 100 sites for the keyword 'Porn' and contacted them about buying a link from their site.
I have done this for our review sites, tube sites, and mobile sites. Examples of the keywords I used for most of these serp checks are: porn, porn reviews, porn tube, mobile porn, etc.
