Sounds just like what iBill said too...of course it was all bullshit.
If it was a compliance issue with ePassporte, then the blame clearly belongs upon Mallick and his company - they didn't do everything which they could do to protect their customers.
It's possible that Mallick was too busy trying to be Chris the Producer/King of an ego-fueled movie that bombed, instead of Chris the CEO overseeing the proper management and operations of ePassporte.
