The 510's batteries tend to lose power over a few months (faster than most other models)... although prior to the eGo it was one of my favorites next to the DSE901.

The Ego's battery is about the same length, just a little fatter, then there is the eGo Mega battery which is slightly longer.. Plus it is compatible with the 510 atty's so those won't go to waste and you won't have to buy an adapter to use them (same goes for the cartridges and cartomizers). Also, if you have a pass-through for the 510, it will work on the eGo.

I was a 2 pack a day smoker and with the regular 510 I was going through like 7+ batteries a day.. With the eGo, 2 regular batteries get me through the day, and the Mega battery will get me through a day all by itself.

I own about 5 different models, have all of the accessories for each including pcc's etc.. and I have to say if you do not care that it does not look like a cigarette, the eGo is the best out there..

There are similar mods but that one appears to be the most reliable, and a kit can be picked up for like $45 or so. I think totally wicked is more expensive, but you do get their name stamped on it lol..

Plus if you use the cartomizers, it not only makes the e-cig shorter but also those equal like 5 regular cartridges in my opinion, so refilling is far less.. and on a drinking night, the mega atomizers totally rock (made my wife choke due to the amount of vapor lol.. but they hold like almost 3ml of liquid.. the one I am speaking of is the fat atomizer, not the longer 510 one.).

And only the button on the eGo lights up, which makes it more hidden.. so if you use it with a cartomizer, it will mostly fit in the palm of your hand.

I did order from totally wicked today, they are the only ones i have seen with a good PCC for the eGo so I picked up 2 of them.. (for long trips and shit)... I've ordered their flavoring to mix my own unflavored liquid I have stocked up on and other accy's before too (cartomizers, cartridges, etc), but for the most part their kits are over priced even with a coupon code.

I was going to go in on selling e-cigs with a partner, but we decided last month it might be better to wait and see what the FDA does.. I did not want to invest a good 10k between the 2 of us just to get started and then be stuck with the inventory (or worse yet have it seized like they did earlier this year)..

The FDA are just a bunch of assholes pretending to be worried about us and telling us to go back to smoking cigarettes until they decide if e-cigs are safe.. lmfao.. it sounds even more stupid every time i say that lol.. They could at least be honest and say we need tax dollars, and big tobacco and pharmaceutical companies are paying for our vacations, so if you all die, we are sorry. The lil fuckers should probably be focusing on eggs and shit...
