Coming from Holland, I am a little surprised at your message assuming you are serious. You sound a bit like ICM's responsible community.

This bring up the point of potential competitive disadvantage of USA adult webmasters if .XXX sTLD were to become a reality and legislation passed requiring relocation of all adult sites to the .XXX. Other countries could keep their .com and get a .xxx; but, we could be placed in an adult ghetto and our domain name access limited to .xxx.

The net neutrality issue is still lurking in the background as well. Once relocated into the .XXX sTLD, ISPs, governments, businesses could easily block or slow access to our content depending on how the net neutrality issues play out.

It is easier to prevent problems like this than have to go back and try and fix them later.

Just my personal opinion.
