It shows that ePassporte.com has been hosted on the IP 38.101.109.20 since 2006, and now suddenly it was changed on 9-Sep-2010 to 69.89.75.228 at a different hosting provider.

Very strange time to move hosting.
It helps to know what you are looking at and you do not.
