People are rightly pissed off. Epass fucked up huge in handling this issue, especially knowing their clientele are routinely burned by sponsor programs for large sums, etc -- obviously they will be as paranoid with Epass.
Yes people want answers and have a right to them but they all want the same one.. When and how do they get their money.. Epass don't want this avalanche of people all cleaning out their accounts at the same time as that just isn't possible.. If it was done to a real bank, that bank would collapse instantly. They need a fool proof plan to minimise the damage and this takes time.
