He gets paid to be a customer service rep. The shit has hit the fan and he provides vague answers at best. He posted a "statement" under his screen name that clearly wasnt written by the individual (Mallick) who signed it. He told everyone to wait for a statement, provided a made up bullshit one, everyone gets pissed and now claims he will not be monitoring the boards anymore because "it's to much to keep up with".
