The way I see it, anyone who is positive about this situation is in a state of denial. The situation is totally fucked up by now. And that is NOT because visa cards are blocked. It is because epassporte is hiding the true story and refusing to make a statement.
This kind of behavior hurts their business so much, that they are basically out of business by now. They have lost most (if not all) trust from their customers by being quiet and hiding. So why are they doing it to themselves? Because telling the truth would hurt their business even more. The truth has to be REALLY ugly if they are so afraid to tell it.
All the story about visa cutting them out was bullshit from the beginning. There would be totally no problem if only visa cards were blocked. A card is merely a key to access the account via ATM. If only the cards were blocked, you would be able to move your money between wallet account and VV account without a problem. You can't do that, because the account is frozen.
There is nothing positive about epassporte accounts being frozen and Mr Mallick hiding his head in the sand. It is more like the worst case scenario. It can't be good.
So, does anyone here have a contract with epassporte, so you would be able to sue them? Oh wait, your sponsor created the account for you, and they sent you the card without even knowing your real name? That will be a solid statement in court.
By staying positive you won't increase the chances of getting your money back. They will do whatever is more profitable for them in the end anyway. If it's more profitable to fuck everyone than to stay in business, that's what they will do.
I guess it's time to move on and start making back the money we lost.
