Good news.
Epass can still go forward if wires outside the US can go thru fine. I really dont need Visa if the "other half" of epass is working fine.
That doesnt ignore the VV fiasco but just saying.
The wallet side of Epass does seem to be working fine. That is a real good sign Epass plans to forge on.
