I am so certain of the viability of the Epass Wallet for someone in the US that I would transfer money to the wallet no prob or be paid thru the wallet no prob from anywhere.
If it gets to my wallet. I know I can get it via ACH.
So altho things are more shakey for those outside the US right now, sponsors dont completly write off epass esp for us in the US.
Some sponsors are leaving it up to the wm. That seems like a good way. If the wm takes the risk and if you are also in the US it should still be a viable way to pay wms.
ACH seems pretty solid.
