I never liked these set up really..I mean sure there is crime in certain areas but making more temptations doesn't help. You will always have people who are normal become a "thief" if opportunity presents..Replace cars and hood with other examples: food and hungry and homeless person - visit a shelter and try to plant a thanskgiving turkey there for everyone to smell..Put an inside info on some stock exchanges on the desk in the wall street and sure some guy will take it. Leave a site open and post URL here on this board with tons of copyrighted pics and xxx videos and I am sure people will download it ,some even use it...sure, crime is happening anywhere and needs to be punished but no need to make new opportunities to trap people.
