It has been 10 days and nobody knows what the problem was????
It's completely evident someone is covering up and playing dirty.
If by the end of week ePassporte cannot advise
1/ What caused the payment failure
2/ When will VISA funds be available
Then I don't think it's worthwhile talking to ePassporte at all.
