Actually, I have had really good luck with Traffic Cash Gold in the past with tube traffic. If/when I reopen I would expand categories and add micro niche categories. I understand what you are saying.
Tube traffic probably has a lower conversion rate compared to other adult traffic.
But I think with a number of 5,000,000 visitors per day, then you will have lots of conversions due to the high traffic. (Numbers Game)
I'm still just deciding where to send the 5,000,000 traffic to.
