CCBill scrubs crazy hard... but that also means less issues, so that doesn't mean it's bad.

An address field on a cc form is an added scrub others don't have. Or I guess we could just say, every cc processor scrubs, no telling how many scrub factors they have, 100's I would guess. It's how it all works.
