I sent in a xx,xxx wire request on 9/3, 10 days ago. Nothing received yet. I called on Friday and they told me that they were backed up and were having to do all the wires by hand since "the whole system was shut down." I'm not sure what that means but it definitely doesn't sound like a problem that's contained to Visa.
I've tried to read through as much of this monster thread as possible but haven't seen anything about a wire out being successfully received. Has anyone received a wire (not ACH or CC transfer) yet??
