Ignoring all the other insults and fights in this threat, I wanted to address your original question.
You can't just say "what is a good converting program" without first providing a little information about your source of traffic. What converts well for me may not convert well for you because the source of our traffic may be drastically different.
You may have 5 million unique visitors a day but what kind of visitors are they? Are these tube site type people? If so, well then no site is really going to convert "good" for you.
Is it all Google traffic? Type in traffic?
If so look at the age and sex of the visitors. The 25 to 35 year old males is a great category to have. That is prime traffic that will probably convert quite well for a variety of programs.
Do you have a lot of 18 to 25 year olds? That traffic is not really known for paying for their porn and as such you probably aren't going to convert all that well.
You can test affiliate programs out with your own sites all day long but unless your traffic sources are identical to his then they won't really be all that valid.
