I know us simple folk probably would never be able to understand the answers to such complex questions.. but why won't they just humor us with answers anyway?

The only conclusion that can be drawn by not answering those questions is that the answers we will receive will be extremely upsetting, more-so than would be by just ignoring people.

There really is no other logical assumption that can be made if those 2 simple questions continue to be unanswered..
Quoted it in bigger font because this is exactly the key of this whole situation what its about and why we, the customers, are pissed off. Absolutely no communication about this at all from epass to its customers is nothing but unprofessional, extremely bad business, you are treating your loyal customers like shit. Two thumbs down for epassporte, you should be ashamed of yourselfs.
