yes another epass thread....
i know there have been plenty of epass threads but is anyone having issues with contact?
i know their customer support (besides michael) has sucked for me always.... usually they take a couple days to respond when i need something but im getting a week delay now, i understand they might have more support requests now but 7 days to give me a copied & pasted reply is BS
they locked my account cuz they wanted documents, well i sent that in last week and today they tell me they received them, so now i guess ill be waiting another week till they actually review them and with my luck they'll reject one
dunno i just hope they fix their shit.
