Here is a simple question for you.
Eurorevenue owes me over $5900 due to my account "payout via" setting having been set to 'unknown', apparently since I began promoting your network several years ago. They didn't know where to send my payments and so they didn't send them or contact me about the problem. Do you intend to pay me what is owed? My affiliate ID is amtflx and I've had an open support ticket about this since July.
I never noticed the lack of payments due to this having been a relatively small number of sales per month, but compounded over several years. I contacted your support about this via the ticket system before the closure announcement, and a week or so later someone replied that they would "look into it" but they never got back to me. I finally got in touch with Huda via email who quickly assured me that he would make things right, and then he sent me a second email claiming that Eurorevenue accounting told him that they don't keep records of affiliate payouts past 90 days and therefore wouldn't pay any older debts since they couldn't prove to themselves that they hadn't already sent payment, which seems quite unbelievable to me, especially considering that they acknowledged the payout via setting was not set and the most recent 90 days of payments hadn't been issued.
He already saw that my payout via information was not set, which he subsequently corrected. How you guys think you might have sent me payments when you didn't know where to send them, is beyond me. Secondly, even if you can't track individual payments (which again, I find hard to believe), your accounting should be able to find a surplus of the amount that is owed within the affiliate payouts account, due to my never having received any payments.
Nathan if you're in any position to comment on or help with the above, I would appreciate it. I have been trying to get this resolved since early July and this is not fun or pleasant. I would be happy to leave my links and site reviews etc for eurorevenue up for the coming years as I have done for the past several years, however if I am to be told that I'm going to get screwed over this because Eurorevenue can't prove a negative to themselves, then I am more inclined to remove the links entirely.
If only we could all avoid paying our debts by telling those we owe money to "sorry, I can't prove to myself that I haven't already paid you."
