two things:
1. Visa said " limit the use of prepaid cards in accordance with the bank's request. ". That is the mildest way I heard abut the suspension of cards, which still gives us a hope that cards will work again.
2.I also doubt the money was used by mallick or someone else.I mean the wallet money was never in question and we all had ALL VISA funds available jsut day before this happened.I hardly believe that he took the money out the day before visa shut down cards. Visa had to read and show us balance on our cards when we were taking cash out and I dont recall anyone seeing his cash is missing..
