I don't have to worry about my food being any processed crap, sweetners, enhancer or whatever, cause they are just grain based crap and I've cut out all grains and switched to meat, veggies and some fruit for my carbs and I feel great.
Not only is it easier to maintain (don't have to workout like a fucking beast), don't have to count calories, and I get to eat as much as I want with lots of tasty, healthy fats. I have the same amount, if not more energy, than I did when consuming all those tasteless, bland grains
