[I apologize] for what has happened. ePassporte is working very hard with our Bank for a resolution for all our cardholders affected by Visa's decision to turn off ePassporte's Visa functionality, which means that funds from your client’s Electron and Virtual Cards are temporarily inaccessible. We believe that we will have a resolution in the near future. We will contact all cardholders as soon as we have any update.
Let me reassure you that Roberta's money is safe at our Bank. St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank holds her funds, and is working with Visa to restore the Visa Card functionality so our cardholders can use their Visa Cards to withdraw their funds. We are also investigating alternative methods/solutions for our cardholders to withdraw their funds, in case Visa does not turn on the Visa functionality. ...
