1st Who says they requested it before I requested mine?
2nd anyone who relies on a ticket system only to communicate with Epass is going about it the wrong way. There have been a number of email addresses posted here. Anybody who's ever done business with them probably has received an email from one of their reps. Their reps have been very fast to get back to me during this entire thing. Michael himself guarantees a reply within 24 hours. I've talked to a few friends who have simply tried to contact them by their ticket system. No email, no phone call just relied on the ticket system. It sucks but when things get crazy and there is a lineup you have to do something to get to the front of the line. if you don't you can't complain when someone else does.
