No I just wasn't aware that the "submits" meant declined info, duplicates, etc. which was cleared up earlier in this thread.

When you usually think "submit", you think customers that actually PAID because that's the LAST statistic row in the panel, so you think it is the last step.

In the past, I've had several companies collect money and not pay me for my share, and these were customers that had actually paid, but those were other niche markets.
