Even if they came back from lunch and it was a complete surprise, it still means they fucked up somewhere. Visa doesnt just shut you down for shits and giggles. And it's not the first time the owner has run into problems with a company he has run.
I dont have an issue with Michael's customer service. He's trying to clean up a shit storm with apparently no help from upper management. I definitely think it should have been handled better (more updates, more details, less lying) but who knows if Michael had all the answers or was fed bullshit like the rest of us. Apparently he has a great reputation from those that have worked with him so I'm assuming it's the latter.
