Tax base: 145%
Income tax: 15% * 1.45 = 21.75%

The trick is that the tax has been split up between the employer and the employee, so the tax looks much lower from the employee's point-of-view than the true cost.
A self-employed person has to pay both the employee, and the employer part.
Another trick is that they call it "health insurance" and not "health tax".
My best advice is to ask a tax advisor to get the accurate info.
