I'm on the same page. Business is business. I sign NDAs and contracts with my vendors... it's only this group of customers where we give the farm away on month to month service, no contracts.. We have so many multiple millions in supplier-side contracts.
I'm not going to criticize his web site, that would be like throwing stones in a glass house. Shit, mine is 6 years old lacking gratuitous amounts of updated information. It doesn't even have the new logos and color scheme that are 3 years old. Despite appearances of the marketing material, we nonetheless provide exceptional service, are significantly larger than most think and continue to grow exponentially.
That said, I'm quite sure Michael's presentation will be refined. It seems they had to shift gears to bring this to market faster. To all of us, it is most important that the underlying infrastructure be solid. A secondary concern would be marketing 'glitz'. I'd take solid, reliable and fair priced over "glossy" presentation, any day!
