I did look at the withdrawal options that are available and was bemused to see that wire transfers are not available to everyone. There is no mention of who they are available to -- just that you have to submit a request for one and THEN Epassporte will tell you if you are one of the ones.
Also, I'd like to know why Epassporte needs a copy of my credit card or bank statement in order to send payment via credit/debit card. I have no intention of providing my personal or business financial documents to a foreign company that is now experiencing serious business difficulties.
