they often do, especially if it's not their fault. if its a cash problem , yes we prob won't hear about it. otherwise theres no reason to not say.

the issuing bank sknab told me the cards WILL work again, she read me back the numbers , cards starting with 468906 (epass) will be working again. ( mentioned earlier in thread ) , i recorded the call if you are interested.
