Public companies have to answer to the shareholders and so they have to say although companies lie and mislead all the time. ePass isn't public and doesn't have to say shit to us when it comes down to it..

I'm not satisfied with lip service. I'm just as pissed as others. I want to know some freakin time frames so I can plan appropriately. If it's going to be "any day now", I don't need to do a wire transfer. If it's going to be a few weeks, then I do.

Yes, but you asked about the card. I was refering to asking the bank about getting the money from the bank directly since they're the ones that issue the cards and thus have the money.

I have no doubt that's what they told you, no need for proof. Who did you talk to though? If it was just a customer support person they might not know the truth and are just relaying what they've been told to say.
Regardless, that's the type of information that ePass should be telling us, not forcing people to call the damn bank. Pisses me off.
