Pretty much fail for buying this at the massively inflated price. With that money you could've bought SEO, traffic, and probably made very high ROI. parked traffic is sooo 1999s it's already done game.
with 300k you are at most guaranteed to make 1000% ROI just driving traffic to something like camgirls.info. or some cheap ass domain ....wow with that money you can almost pay someone to do SEO, manage PPC, drive traffic for you !
the domain flipping aspects on this has some merits but whoever sold this to you for 300k is a fucking genius but it's not like we are dealing with pussy.com or any one word domain here. cam girls is already 2 words, it's certainly up there in terms of domain value but one clear flag should've warned you off from buying this. camgirlslive is making so much more money than your camgirls.com .... common sense should tell you the nature of the domain appraisals and valuation in adult....it means shit compared to mainstream. Plus, it makes no sense why you would place preceived domain value over traffic...in adult without traffic you are fucked. 300k COULD HAVE BOUGHT YOU ALL TEH FUCKING TRAFFIC YOU'D EVER WANT IN YOUR REMAINING LIFETIME SEEING YOU HAVE A MOLE THE SIZE OF YOUR FATTY ASS.
