You did not mention your domain registrar so its a bit difficult to say. A common practice is that most registrars provided the EPP code without having to ask them or raise a support ticket. If you still do not hear anything form them, you may lodge a complain at
http://reports.internic.net/cgi/regi...lem-report.cgi. Before you do so, you may want to warn them that you are lodging a complaint with ICANN.
