the Czech cartoons are so beautiful, not like these modern cartoon on cartoon network. in most cartoons they dont even talk. there is never any violence in these cartoons.
You have several episodes of "krtek" on google video or youtube i think. tons of beautiful cartoons like "a je to", "Bolka i Lolka " etc...
